If you are interested in pursuing assessment or counseling services and have insurance, please check with your insurance carrier regarding their coverage (in-network or out-of-network) for behavioral health services.

We are in-network with the following insurance carriers.  
Your PRIMARY insurance must be with one of these carriers in order to utilize your insurance benefits for our services.
  • Buckeye Health (Medicaid and Ambetter)
  • CareSource (Medicaid and Marketplace)
  • Magellan
  • Medical Mutual (most plans, NOT Mercy Health plan, please check with your plan first)
  • Molina (Medicaid and Marketplace)
  • Ohio Medicaid
  • ​Optum
  • Paramount Advantage
  • ​UMR
  • United Behavioral Health/United Healthcare (NOT UHC Community Plan)
If we are not a network provider with your insurance, please consider self-pay as an option. Insurance companies only reimburse services deemed medically necessary once a diagnosis has been rendered and may limit the type or number of sessions. Those conditions do not apply to people who are self-pay, allowing you to decide the frequency and duration of your counseling.

Payments can be made via cash, check, credit card (including Health Savings and Flexible Spending accounts), PayPal, and through our Client Portal. Please contact us with any questions regarding services, fees, and payment options.
Meet & Greet Offer!

​The therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors in helping people reach their goals, and choosing the right counselor for you or your child / teen can be challenging. That is where the free 30 Minute "Meet & Greet" session comes in! While this is NOT an assessment or therapy session, the 30 Minute "Meet & Greet" gives you the opportunity to talk about your needs and what you might expect from counseling. It also allows you to determine a.) if you feel comfortable with a Journey Well, LLC counselor and our setting; b.) if you believe our approach is a good fit for you; and, c.) if you feel hopeful that by working together, we can achieve your goals. If, after the Meet & Greet, you believe that we are a good fit, we can schedule your Intake/Assessment session!

Diagnostic Assessment                      $125.00

60 Minute Individual Session            $110.00
45 Minute Individual Session             $ 82.50
30 Minute Individual Session             $ 55.00
Anger Management Workshop         $ 40.00 (per hour)

Missed Appointment Fee                   $ 20.00

Sharon is also a certified out-of-network provider with TriCare. (Please note that with TriCare Prime and TriCare Standard, a physician's referral may be needed to receive services from a Clinical Counselor.)
