Our Health Considerations

We provide the options of in-person and telehealth video counseling sessions. In alignment with our Journey Well, LLC mission statement, “Enhancing lives and promoting wellness through the provision of quality services,” we follow CDC and Health Department guidelines for personal hygiene and cleaning and disinfecting the office, and have the following protocols to maximize the continued wellness of our clients and counselors.
* If you (or your child, if they are the client) or anyone in your household are not feeling well, are sneezing, coughing, and/or have a fever, or if you would prefer not to come into the office at this time, please contact us to change your session to telehealth video or to reschedule.
* We ask that only the individual involved in session (and a parent/guardian of a child receiving services) come to the office.
* We may ask clients, especially children and others who engage in hands-on activities during sessions, to wash their hands (or use hand sanitizer) before and after sessions.
* Face masks or coverings are at your discretion and your counselor is happy to wear one at your request.
