If we are not a network provider with your insurance, please consider self-pay as an option. Meet & Greet Offer!

​The therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors in helping people reach their goals, and choosing the right counselor for you or your child / teen can be challenging. That is where the free 30 Minute "Meet & Greet" session comes in! While this is NOT an assessment or therapy session, the 30 Minute "Meet & Greet" gives you the opportunity to talk about your needs and what you might expect from counseling. It also allows you to determine a.) if you feel comfortable with a Journey Well, LLC counselor and our setting; b.) if you believe our approach is a good fit for you; and, c.) if you feel hopeful that by working together, we can achieve your goals. If, after the Meet & Greet, you believe that we are a good fit, we can schedule your Intake/Assessment session!

Notice of Good Faith Estimate for Clients and Prospective Clients:
  • Under the No Surprises Act (HR133, Title 45 Section 149.610), health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. 
  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
  • You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.  
  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
